Installer of bird deterrence

Anybody have a good reference for a service that will install nix-o-lite or any other product (nails?) for keeping the pigeons off of our ledges?

I have seen postings regarding different products but we’d love to have someone who could professionally install.

Also, I noticed on the web the other day another new product that uses low level electric current to keep birds off ledges (not to kill them, just a gentle shock)…
