Carpet Cleaning

We just moved into our brownstone and had the placed cleaned top to bottom w/the exception of the carpeting (which is all of the top floor). Last owners were investors and they put in the carpeting, so we’re somewhat suspicious of what’s under the carpet. But that aside, for now we just need it cleaned…I was just going to call Sears, any experience w/Sears in BK or any other steaming companies? Any recommendations greatly appreciated. Thanks.
