The small day care my daughter attends is in a brownstone whose small kitchen is badly in need of renovation (or full replacement, it’s pretty bad). I am considering donating some of the funds needed for the renovation, but before I make the offer to the day care, I wanted to see if anyone could suggest a contractor or the like that would be willing to work with a tight budget, perhaps using recycled materials from Build It Green, and could do the installation during the one week in August when the day care is closed. Am I dreaming the impossible? (Anyone want to donate materials?)
Thank you.
