Brewse did the floors in our (almost) entire apartment – we are very happy with the work and thought the price was very fair.
Our office does Architectural and design build work. We have consulted Brewse, of Summit Flooring, on a number of our projects and recently completed a residential job with him in Manhattan.
He was very professional, knowledgeable about the various design and contruction options, and his team was fast.
Our office often consults him for his expertise on various wood flooring projects.
We will work with him again.
Brewse just finished all three floors in my brownstone and I highly recommend him. His prices were fair, he completed the job quickly and his crew were polite and efficient. I got four different estimates and his was in line w/the rest but he is the only one that didn’t try to sell me or try to jack up the estimate by making it seem as if my floors were in a worse state than they actualy were.
