Small wood floor repair (and posible refinish)

The border around my wood floor is broken in 2 small spots (pieces missing, etc). I am looking for someone who can repair this, and possibly refinish the floor in the room as well to clean things up a bit. So, can anyone recommend someone that could do this small repair? And can they sand, refinish etc the floor as well? A lot of the better companies I see recommended have minimums, so I’m looking for someone that doesnt mind doing a smaller job, i.e. the repair and possible refinishing a few hundred sq feet.
