I know this is several years after the original post, but who knows, maybe this is helpful to someone out there.
We recently used Precision to restore our parquet floors. Wound up costing us around $4.50/sf, but it was worth it. They did an amazing job (including a considerable amount of repair work on damaged pieces of parquet). I highly recommend them – we really couldn’t believe how well they brought our old floor back to life.
I’ve used Burnett Coburn many times in my Brownstone and have always had the best results. (Compared to my fellow Brownstoners) Also referred him many times to other happy friends of mine. His #917 754-9680
