Our wonderful tenants are about to give us notice (they are moving back to Arizona) and means we will have a vacant, newly renovated two bedroom (one large, one small) on our lovely block in Bed Stuy near the C train. They were paying $1475 and we would ask the same of people who were recommended.
craigslist has been a great let down. i am trying to find something either coming up from brownstoners or some other ideas of where to look without a broker- thanks
Craigslist has the largest listing of no fee apartments around. If your tenants are great definitely give them a written letter of recommendation plus your contact numbers that they can take with them apt hunting.
