Sound Proofing Contractor?

Have any of you had a good experience with a contractor that can put up sound-proof walls? I’m getting a lot of noise from my loud next-door-neighbor through my bathroom walls. I think the bathrooms were re-done right before I got the place, and the walls weren’t built properly. Thanks!
