1.5BR to 2BR <$1,800

Oh as an addendum to my last post about the crazy landlord, I’m looking for a 1.5BR to 2BR rental <$1,800. Factors that are important to me are safe neighbordhood, near the 2/3/R and a sane and responsible landlord. I'm a responsible tenant whose held a job on Wall Street for 2 years. Thanks!
