I’m looking to renovate my owner’s duplex in a 4-story 2-family which has original detail and layout to maintain. I’ve done construction before but never on a brownstone. I’m looking for someone who knows brownstones, respects detail and won’t just go modern and would be willing to take a relatively small job.
