Looking for a Garden Apartment

My boyfriend and I have been hunting for a garden apartment in Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Heights, Park Slope or Boerum Hill and can’t seem to find anything starting in early to mid April. We work on Wall Street and can pay up to 3k. Ideally, we’d like a place with a big kitchen and around 1,000 square feet. We do have two cats. We’re gardeners and would prefer an apartment on the garden level, but would consider something with a deck and shared outdoor space.
