An apology letter has been mailed to (Ms. Joanne) along with returning her refund as well. We hope that (Ms. Joanne) gives Empire Today the chance to show why Empire is one of the largest home improvement and home furnishings shopping sources in the country.
I would never recommend Empire today!! I spent the entire summer trying to get my money back in 2004!! Too many problems to mention here. Pass it on, don’t use them. Once they get your money they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CARPET or your SATISFACTION. They won’t return calls, your calls will be transferred and dropped. I actually had a rep laugh at my predicament!!
