i got the rods at our local hardware store (on Fulton and Greene) and made the curtains
I bought beautiful Irish lace curtains on the internet but I don’t remember where. A search for lace curtains turns up a lot of choices.
For the rods, try http://www.rejuvenation.com. For the fabric, try Su Casa on 7th Ave and Berkeley in the Slope or ABC in Manhattan.
