I had a very good experience with Dennis LaCroix 917-986-1379. He did a very sensitive job of refinishing without stripping away the patina and natural color. Fast and not expensive. I am in Bed Stuy too. Good luck!
verazzano flooring is very good and cheap, but they don’t do doors
