So it looks like the State Renaissance Court is definitely a different project than Phase 2 of the State Street Townhouses. It’s all a little clearer now that we’ve seen the top photo sent to us by a reader and the one Transfer took yesterday. (Transfer’s also got photos of the project from the end of May posted here. Neato.) We also got a chance to swing by at the end of the day to take the bottom photo which puts it all in perspective: The State Renaissance Court is the project in the distance while Phase 2 of the State Street Townhouses project is in the foreground backing up to the yards of the townhouses themselves.

God, I hate developments with the word Renaissance in them. It reeks of failed 1970’s urban renewal.
Amazing that finally, finally, finally these vast parking blocks will finally have something on them. Made area so uninviting. Don’t know ripple effect on street parking in residential blocks with this construction plus many other car lots now building sites.
