Tracking Development Projects in LIC

If you’re a development junkie, the Long Island City Partnership has a fun and useful interactive map of all the developments–planned (red), under way (yellow), and completed (blue)–in the area. (We found it while reading this Untapped Cities post earlier this week.) The image above shows just the residential projects (87 of them!), but you can also see a similar map of office projects, of which there are 5 completed and 4 in planning.
