i thought the owners of the cass gilbert building (184 kent) also own this property?
12:31 is correct – the Edge will be at the site to the right of this photo. This photo shows the location of the L&M Equities/Toll Brothers site (the tower pictured in the righhand photo, here: http://www.curbed.com/archives/2006/04/05/toll_brothers_battle_plan_update_renderings_revealed.php
Actually, the Cass Gilbert building is between North 3rd and North 4th, and according to your earlier post, the Edge will be between North 5th and North 7th. I think another development is planned for the lot in the photo (between north 4th and North 5th).
