New Court Square Development Revealed

Renderings are up for a new apartment building in Long Island City’s Court Square area. The 24-unit, six-story building is at 11-30 45th Road and right across the street from the John F. Murray Playground. The rendering is by the architect, Raymond Chan, and the developer is Century Development Group. The developer is calling the project Murray Park South.

Century has completed a number of projects in the borough, many in Flushing. It also has another Long Island City building in the works, Murray Park North at 11-35 45th Avenue, just on the other side of the park. According to the developer’s website it will have 39 units and should be completed this year.
