If you can pay for a $1.3 million condo, why live next to a chicken coop? Hopefully that will soon be destroyed/alterd.
a salesperson from aptsandlofts.com told me its the same developer as the loft building next door. They also told me that everyone who buys an apartment gets private wine storage in the wine cellar. pretty cool i think.
looks like aptsandlofts.com is repping this one
The architect is Kutnicki Bernstein:

There was blurb about this building in New York magazine last year:
Private wine cellars
Location and Prices
26 Broadway, Williamsburg, Brooklyn; $450,000 for a one-bedroom to $1.3 million for a three-bedroom penthouse
Description
After children and pets, wine may be New York’s Most Pampered Accessory. With a private, secured cubby in your building’s 1,100-bottle cellar, you can treat your Silver Oak and Petrus with the respect they deserve.
Great or Gimmick?
If you’re this finicky about your wine, maybe you’re not ready for Williamsburg.
