Posting yesterday’s video of the modular pieces of Building 92 being hoisted into place along Flushing Avenue reminded us that we had forgotten to publish this cool photo that was sent in last week of 25 Carroll getting topped off with two shipping containers that will serve as bulkhead for the new development’s service stairwell and elevator. We covered the sales launch of the 17-unit project a couple of weeks ago and Curbed had an update yesterday claiming that 15 out of 17 of the units already had accepted offers. Yowza!
