The location–between Smith and Court Streets–is certainly a big plus, as is the side driveway. The price tag is pretty ambitious too: $3,200,000. Something will have to give, we suspect.

in this deal the empty lot is way more interesting than the house. Huge potential to create something really out of the ordinary, but the price is too high.
