Finally Some Action at 93 Waverly

We reported back in May that the owners of the long-stalled development at 93 Waverly Avenue between Park and Myrtle had applied for a building permit to restart work. Earlier this week we passed by and noticed that, lo and behold, work had actually started at the 7-unit, Scarano-designed building. Miracle of miracles!
