Hello, darkness! In the couple of months since we checked in on this development on 5th Ave near the corner of 16th Street, its dark gray exterior has come into focus. It will have 18 units when all’s said and done.

I read this as “It will have 18 units when all’s sad and done.” Yes, this building is a sad representation of architecture gone wrong. Ugly and depressing.
I love that there’s a plethora of black bricks ever since Robert Scarano’s business tapered off. It must have killed Kings materials when he went south.
Glad to see some other fool is keeping them in business.
Puke! And right up the street from the other Darth Vader building (funny enough, from Scarano disciples).
At least it blocks The Vue from this part of 5th Ave, though I’m not sure which one is fuglier.
