Last week a reader sent in the photo above of the development at 265 Ocean Parkway, writing that it looks like it might no longer be a stalled project: “This site’s been abandoned for at least the last two years or so, it seems. Then, two days ago, they erected a new construction elevator, and today they were taking delivery of building supplies. It’s about time!” DOB permits say the 8-story building will have 15 units.

I hope they finish that thing. It’s been serving as over-sized pigeon coop for the past couple of years.
