I will say the construction workers are very nice and often are sweeping the front or shoveling the snow in the winter!
Definitely just looks like bare concrete from my vantage point – I’d be surprised if that’s the finished look of the facade. I would think they’ll cover it (or at least paint it?) with something, if not with the brick.
Well, so far I am not crazy about the choice in windows. I just hate crazy looking windows with all sorts compartments, they just look messy looking, and heaven forbid they actually make a window in a high rise that can actually til in to clean, and screens would be nice too.
