Back in February we spotted some red brick on the exterior of 255 4th Avenue. A portion of the mesh has recently been peeled back, revealing a contrasting piece of the facade that’s either some kind of light-colored concrete or metal. Know which?

  1. Definitely just looks like bare concrete from my vantage point – I’d be surprised if that’s the finished look of the facade. I would think they’ll cover it (or at least paint it?) with something, if not with the brick.

  2. Well, so far I am not crazy about the choice in windows. I just hate crazy looking windows with all sorts compartments, they just look messy looking, and heaven forbid they actually make a window in a high rise that can actually til in to clean, and screens would be nice too.
