Does anyone know where I can find out when these apartments become available for rent?
Maybe put up a new post showing the facade? I don’t think it’s a Hasidic building. But it has that weird Mediterranean/Florida/Ugly look to it with super fugly balconies. Word in the hood is that it is either going to be rental or condos depending on the market. The other new buildings on Myrtle look much better, but still it’s an aesthetic free for all.
