Development Watch: 163 Washington Almost Glassed Up
It’s been almost six months since the first panes of glass started going in at our oft-blogged friend 163 Washington Avenue. Cycling by yesterday, we noticed that just about all the windows on the 17-story tower, excepting the top floor, we’re installed. About time. This project is taking f-o-r-e-v-e-r! Excellent idea.

Fugfest.
