We’d put the odds of these new townhouse-style buildings at 192-200 Stuyvesant Avenue in Bed Stuy looking okay at close to zero. The application to build the group of two-story, two-family homes was applied for in 2007 but just received the go-ahead from DOB last month. GMAP DOB
