no gino vitale is building the one across the street
yes to the highway, but I wouldn’t say middle of nowhere. It has neighbors of similar size, as well as row houses.

Am I missing something or is that in the middle of nowhere and next to a highway?
The photo obscures the really ugly variably-colored bricks that they’re using.
And they went a little nuts with the density of “decorative” window/doorway frames.
Those terraces will be great (if ever they cover over the BQE trench).
Until then I guess can store your bicycle.
However those on other side of bdlg. facing harbor got some great views.
