Architect is Bob Scarano, though I don’t know if the renderings are up on his site.
Last I heard, the building is capped at 10 stories, down from the original 16. That 16 included tall floors and mezzanines (I think), bringing it to something like 220′, and I don’t what the 10-story version is in terms of feet and inches.
Anybody know what is getting built here? any renderings or architect?
