Development: Gearing Up on South 4th Street

After sitting untouched for the past several months, there was new activity at this site on South 4th between Driggs and Roebling in South Williamsburg last week. The developer kicked things off by ripping off the front of the aluminum-sided temporary structure at the back of the lot. Any know what the plan is for this site?
