The conversion of Dumbo’s 192 Water Street has been in the making for quite awhile now, but now it appears to really be picking up steam. As detailed on its placeholder website, the building will be a nine-unit condo. The folks marketing the project have also released information saying that the average size of the three-bedroom lofts will be 2,450 square feet, and that it’s expected to be finished next spring.
