These jackass builders on 15th St. don’t even
give the concrete a day to cure before they are
pouring new cement on top of it.
I hope Katan and Bricolage/Rudusky eat shit and
die before they get paid on these monstrocities.

And the bubble will burst and there will be all these two-third finished buildings that will then be outfitted with low quality stuff and sold on the cheap by developer LLCs running out of liquidity…lovely.
