The little aluminum tabs you see sticking out of the concrete block means that the building will be clad- in brick most likely.
What?! You don’t see its subtle yet understated, rustic yet rough, less is less charm? Why this is a stellar example of a homage to Mondrian’s later works, clean, simple, blocky, but yet…pure in a workmanlike sort of way.
Oh crap. It’s really ugly.
hee hee, it secretly pleases me to see buildings nearly as ugly as the thing across the street from me one green ave at grand. have you seen that lately? it’s starting to look like one giant optical illusion.
