I love how everyone always feels the need to critsize on these sites. If it isnt insanely unique and different it is considered trash. I like whats going on 4th ave.
4th ave needs a revamping and all these new buildings are starting a slow rebuilding process that is beautifying the neighborhood.
have a vision my friends.
I think this represents a significant investment on a stretch of 4th ave that could use it. I’m impressed with how much people are investing. Take the new C-town right above the 25th street stop. that is an amenity most neighborhoods would kill for, and the owners made a pretty significant investment to spruce it up.
Does anyone know if they will be renting by the hour?
The Park Ave, of Brooklyn!
Wall Street is done?
Looks like business as usual. Bonuses flowing. No real reform on the horizon. Somewhere the next big debacle is in embryonic form.
Another example of how the city’s zoning laws are slowing destroying what is left here. At least Wall Street is now done so the collapse will be quick.
I’ve been to China.
It makes 4th Avenue look like the 4th Arrondissement.
Methinks Grand Pa has ever been to that corner. Nor Chicago, London or even China.
banal ugliness of 4/26th?
are you from out of town grand pa?
i don’t recall the precise layout of that stretch of 4th ave, but if it is anything like the rest (further north) then that building will be an actual improvement.
and i generally like best westerns compared to alternatives.
