Given that making an attractive facade seems to be an almost insurmountable task for small developers these days, this property on Skillman Avenue between Manhattan and Graham presents an interesting opportunity. (There’s a new development going up to the right of this. Check it out on the jump.) This could end up being a beautiful combination of historic and modern in the right hands. Fillmore has the listing but, given the user-friendliness of its current website, we weren’t able to find any mention of the property. Has anyone called to inquire yet about the price? GMAP
