Apartments Over Mini Mall Rising on Atlantic

The redesigned (and much improved) mixed-use building rising at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Boerum Place is now up to three stories of steel. As previously reported, the 11-story building at 60 Boerum Place will house 75 apartments on top of a three-story retail mall.
