We’d never noticed this condo development disguised as a row of new townhouses on Poplar Street between Henry and Hicks before. From what we can deduce from Property Shark, the complex was built in 1992; we were also surprised to see that some of the units changed hands last year for more than $1,000 a foot, which seems like a lot to pay for something without either old-world charm or modern sexiness, even in Brooklyn Heights. What can people tell us about the units here? Do you think this is successful from a contextual design standpoint? GMAP P*Shark
