The eight-unit, 9,400-square-foot Scarano mezzanine special has limped along for much of this year, impacted, presumably, by scrutiny of the architect’s work around the borough. There’s no Stop Work Order posted on the DOB at this point, though, so perhaps it’ll hit the market soon. This block has really transformed itself in the past 18 month, eh? There are at least six developments planned or underway, including Number 72-76 which will be going in front of the BSA soon.
