Boerum Hill

This is really nice. My one quibble is that the Stove being inset in that alcove would make for an awkward and cramped cooking experience. You have to take the pan or pot out and around a wall to pour the contents into a bowl. Also the ability to move pans, do a "wok flip", or any of the other kinetic activities of cooking happens in a constrained space. But if the in-la apartment is really a nice hotel room for visiting grandparents who are going to be eating out or ordering in most meals, it won't matter.

I love unique properties like this and the renovation looks quite nice. Curious to see as a rental and the before/after rents, wondering whether the increase covered the cost of the renovation. It had a lot of charm pre-reno as well from the 2018 pics.

I think it's a beautiful Home, very spacious with lots of natural lighting. Like the large back yard too. Cutting to the chase: Believe will get close to Asking with a cash offer. Anywho...A++

I was surprised, reading such a thoroughly researched article, that the address of the jail was referred to as being on Boerum Street. The street to which you refer is Boerum Place. Much to the confusion of drivers who use GPS autofill, there is a Boerum Street in another part of Brooklyn. Greenpoint, I believe.
