When we passed by recently, windows were going in at the seven neo-Georgian-style townhouses at 345-353 State Street in Boerum Hill. The bow-front houses with six-over-six windows are just down the street from another row of recently finished townhouses, the 9 Townhouses at 301-309 State Street. Their contemporary design by Marvel Architects has been celebrated for harmonizing (in proportion and materials) with the neighborhood’s mid-19th century brick row houses.
When we last checked in with the State Renaissance Townhouses, the foundation was going in. Now Brown Harris Stevens has a teaser site up for the development, which now seems to be called Seven Boerum Hill Townhomes or Seven at Boerum. Work is supposed to finish up this fall, as we previously reported. Click through to the jump for a few more photos of the construction.
