I have been at Cafe Rafiot last weekend. Great place to go, cosy atmosphere, good food and reasonable prices. Wide fondue choices for a cold night out!
I will definitely come back with my friends.
i’ve eaten at cafe rafiot before– lovely savory crepes, a selection of delicious salads too. excellent, though cozy (cramped?) atmosphere…well worth a visit.
reasonable prices on wine, a good-looking brunch menu, and splendid fresh squeezed lemonade to boot.
I ate there two nights ago and my roommate and I both loved it! Three people own it and yes they also own the wine bar on N 7th.
i love i love barbara
For the record..the owners of D.O.C winebar are SARDINIAN not Sicilian. Perish the thought of someone confusing the two.
I was supposed to meet Barbara Corcoran there, but it just didn’t work out. It was going to be a blind date, but she backed out last minute—something about having to jack up the market of a neighbourhood somewhere making it impossible for people making under $100k a year to buy a place in Brooklyn? Not sure what she was on about really? Anyway, we were supposed to go out to this very place so I am really bummed that it fell through! It looks great!
