In the Flesh at Desert Island Comics
Williamsburg-based artist Koren Shadmi’s new collection of illustrated short stories titled “In the Flesh” is a look at the perils of dating in Brooklyn. The event will be his book release party complete with a slideshow and drinks.

  1. hey! i totally recommend alone in the kitchen with an eggplant!!! it’s a great bunch of short stories about peoples idiosyncrative eating and dining ways! and it has some good recipes in it. it was another one of those books someone left on their stoop for the taking. i love when people do that, especially when they leave out good books!!!
