Municipal Art Society’s Fort Greene and Clinton Hill Walking Tour
Take a walk exploring two of Brooklyn’s most historic neighborhoods. In Fort Greene, the walk will feature brownstone streets, the park, the home and haunts of the poet Marianne Moore, and churches. Clinton Hill features Clinton Avenue and where the Pratts, Brooklyn’s richest family, established their compound. The Walk Tour leader is Francis Morrone, an architectural historian.
Sunday, November 2. 2 p.m. $15, $12 MAS members/students. Meet at the corner of DeKalb and South Portland avenues, across from Ft. Greene Park.
The Greatest Halloween Party Ever IV
Adults can enjoy The Bell House’s Greatest Halloween Party Ever IV event. The theme is “Laying Astroland To Rest.” Enjoy performances by El Jefe Vs. Demons, Toys In Trouble Knifefight, as well as DJ and burlesque performances. There will be free beer from 8-9 p.m, free burgers while they last, skee ball, and a ball pit.

It’s My Park Day at Sunset Park
Because of the weather on October 25, It’s My Park Day at Sunset Park has been moved to November 1. Show your appreciation for Sunset Park by weeding, mulching, planting, and beautifying it.

Brooklyn Children’s Museum Monster Mash
This is Brooklyn Children’s Museum’s first Halloween since its big makeover and they are showing off their renovation with a monster mash party. Kids can come in costume and enjoy face painting, trick-or-treat-bag decorating, Halloween storytelling, music, and a disco sing-along.
Today. 2:30-4:30 p.m. for kids under age 5. For ages 5 and up, 5-6 p.m. Free. Brooklyn Children’s Museum, 145 Brooklyn Avenue.
Williamsburg Halloween Parade and Witches Walk
Parents and kids head over to Flying Squirrel for Halloween entertainment. At 3 p.m., Rachel Elkind will be on hand to take pictures while you enjoy some treats. At 4:30 p.m., the Witches Walk will begin and stop at other kid-friendly businesses on Bedford Avenue. At 6 p.m., Mamalú Café, Play & Munch Ground will end the night with a Halloween Bash. Cost is $5 and includes face painting, music, and a costume contest.

Habana Outpost’s Halloween Dance Party
Take the family to Habana Outpost for a Halloween Dance Party. There will be candy, games, prizes for the best costume (kids and adult), and a dance party featuring DJ John Oliver.

First Annual Park Slope Civic Council Halloween Costume Contest
Park Slope Civic Council is hosting its First Annual Halloween Costume Contest. At 4 p.m., Roberto Falck Photography will be taking photos of the kids in constume. At 5 p.m. is the costume contest. Afterwards, the parade for children of all ages starts at 6:30 p.m. at 7th Avenue and 12th Street and proceeds to Union Street. Participants may join the parade at any point.

A Halloween Murder Mystery Party at The Montauk Club

Church Avenue Graffiti Removal

Families First’s Halloween Party is for children ages 0-5. They can wear their costumes and be able to paint a pumpkin, have their face painted, dance, and sing.

Sustainable Flatbush put together this event for the community. Join them in planting daffodil bulbs on your street.

25th Annual West Midwood Halloween Parade
The 25th Annual West Midwood Halloween Parade is for all, especially kids in costumes. At 5:30 p.m., enjoy cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and apple juice. The parade will begin at 6:15 p.m. and will proceed down Glenwood toward Westminster Road and then circle back again.
Tonight. 5:30 p.m. Meet at the dead end on the west side of Glenwood Road between East 15th and East 16th.
Halloween Happenings at Owl’s Head Park

Electronics Recycling in Cobble Hill
The Cobble Hill Association, P.S. 29, and Council Member Bill de Blasio are co-sponsoring an electronics recycling event at Cobble Hill Park. Electronics that will be accepted in either working or non-working condition are computers and monitors, printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers, television sets, radios, DVD players, and more.

71st Precinct Community Council’s Annual Trick or Treating Walk
The 71st Precinct Community Council is holding the Annual Trick or Treating Walk. The walk will start at Rutland and Flatbush. The route is Rutland to Rogers, Rogers to Midwood, Midwood to Bedford, Bedford to Maple, Maple to New York, and New York to Empire, ending at the 71st Precinct.
