BRIC celebrates the achievements of 20 Brooklyn-based contemporary artists who are emblematic of Brooklyn’s growing status as a world-renowned artistic capital.
The Gala will include a cocktail reception featuring live music by a Brooklyn band, followed by dinner and a live auction of art works generously donated by our artist honorees. All Gala attendees will have the opportunity to mingle with artist honorees throughout the event, and table purchasers will be guaranteed premier table seating with an artist honoree. All Hands Electric CMJ Showcase
All Hands Electric is an artist run record label and music collective based in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Since it’s inception in 2008 AHE has released over 10 titles of limited edition vinyl by an eclectic bunch of local NY acts. Tonight’s CMJ showcase will feature performances by the current roster of AHE bands, including Rope, Zachary Cale, Man Benu, Woodsy Pride, Plates of Cake, and Prudence Teacup. Tuesday, October 19. Opening Night of Between the Lines: Stories for the 21st Century
Join A Public Space and BAM for a night of fiction, film, and dueling banjos as we kick off the fourth season of Between the Lines with You Got a Problem With That?
