The Secret Science Club last month was awesome. At the Bell House, there were 200 (hip/nerd ratio: 10/3) for “Your Brain on Fear”, the two presentations were in turn funny and educational. And it was free.
And of course, having Dr Schiller, a tall attractive woman with blonde hair, the most charming unknowable accent and thigh-high boots, who proceeded to wow the audience with her knowledge, then sat down and played a mean drum set…what can I say?
Her first story collection, “Bad Behavior” is really, really good.
Hey Mr. B, ‘Don’t Cry’ is a short story collection, not a novel!
