Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, is a way for people to buy vegetables directly from a local farmer. The Dumbo/Vinegar Hill CSA is holding an informational meeting. You will also have a chance to meet the CSA farmer (Fred Lee of Sang Lee Farms) and to learn about the Community Supported Agriculture. Community Board 3 Meeting
Topics on this month’s meeting include information on the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure by the Housing Land Use Committee. Along with ULURP, the Housing Land Use Commitee will also give an update on the marketing of the Albany/Herkimer New Foundation Houses. Anyone interested is more than welcome to attend. 76th Precinct Community Council Meeting

Brooklyn MTA Meeting
Brooklynites will have the opportunity to voice their concerns about the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’ proposed cuts to service to both train and bus service around the borough. PSCC’s Annual Community Forum
Fourth Avenue is a key element in the down-zoning of the rest of Park Slope, a place where people live, and a location for exciting new coffeehouses, restaurants and bars. It is a street of contradictions and transitions that is certain to change due to the Atlantic Yards. Come to the forum, listen to interesting panelists and share your ideas. Family Literacy Night
There will be a parent workshop on how to promote literacy within your family on Thursday.
