The NAG Open Space Community Committee Meeting has been rescheduled. On the agenda is the location and planning for future open spaces in South and East Williamsburg, seeding and gardening initiatives throughout North Brooklyn, further development of the open space website uniting park, and more.

Brooklyn Based’s Make-Your-Own Valentine Party
Brooklyn Based has teamed up with Spacecraft to host a Valentine craft party. You can decorate a pair of panties or boxers for yourself or your Valentine using Spacecraft’s unique supplies. Or you can also make a valentine for your love. Crafts are priced individually with all materials provided. There will be wine and snacks for all.

New York Writers Coalition’s Red and Black Party
The Red and Black Party will feature tales/poems of love, loneliness, lust, and loss by Staceyann Chin, Michael Cirelli, Nicholas Dawidoff, Ben Greenman, Kathleen Horan, Joan Larkin, and Patricia Smith.
