ImagineConey Public Meeting
The Municipal Art Society will hold a public meeting to present ideas the public has offered for Coney Island. The presentation will also present economic analysis and design work for the redevelopment of the amusement district.
Wednesday, January 14. 6:30-8:30 p.m. Our Lady of Solace Church, 1717 Mermaid Avenue.

Newtown Creek Alliance Public Meeting
Joining the Newtown Creek Alliance’s Public Meeting will be Brownfields experts Lenny Siegel and Peter Strauss to discuss the Meeker Avenue Plumes and answer questions about hazardous vapor intrusion in the home, the health effects of TCE/PCE exposure, and how to get the Meeker Avenue Plumes mitigated and remediated. The meeting will also go over a few agenda items as well, including the BOA and the EPA Superfund listing process.
Wednesday, January 14. 6 p.m. The Green School (3rd floor of the William J. Gaynor Junior High School), 223 Graham Avenue.

Society for Clinton Hill General Meeting
The Society for Clinton Hill is hosting their monthly general meeting. On the agenda is an update on Atlantic Yards by Daniel Goldstein from DDDB, update on the Fulton Street BID, and information on the real estate tax.
