Tuesday morn and afternoon, DUMBO was also covered with small, paper-like substance pieces of white somethings. It started blowin’ in and I figured it might be one of the numerous building projects blowing their internal insulation substance. Did anyone else see this stuff in DUMBO? It didn’t quite look like styrofoam, however.
